How To Switch

Most people believe that they are tied into their property manager, but just like house insurance you can switch at anytime (you can change subject to the early contract period detailed within the Deed of Conditions for the Development). Switching couldn’t be easier and this is a quick reference guide to what you need to do and set in place:

  1. Contact lpm to arrange a free, no obligation, property management quotation
  2. Arrange a Residents' Meeting within the timescales set out in the Deed of Conditions
  3. Provide copies of lpm’s quotation at the meeting
  4. Carry out a vote to retain or remove your current property manager
  5. If the required majority is in favour, as set out in your Deed of Conditions, the decision is made
  6. Ensure a Minute of the Meeting is completed and kept with a list of those in attendance
  7. Write to your property manager to inform them of their dismissal and lpm will make arrangements to manage your Development thereafter
