lpm ensures that levels of communication and liaison with clients is of the highest standard. Our head office is fully manned between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Outwith these times all clients are provided with details of our 24/7 customer contact centre. Our customer contact centre agents have a portfolio of approved contractors at their disposal, enabling them to manage your emergencies quickly, efficiently and with ease.

Every month a member of the lpm team performs a site visit to ensure that the quality of service supplied by our appointed operatives is maintained to the expected standard. Should any resident wish to meet with a member of the team during a visit they can do so by contacting our office to schedule a convenient appointment time.
