lpm is proactive in its approach to the management of its property portfolio. As an integral part of our systems and site visits each lpm representative completes inspection reports for each Development. These reports can be viewed on request, with all identified defects (unless emergencies) actioned within 24 hours.
lpm will also prepare a detailed planned maintenance schedule for each Development. This ensures that all agreed contracts are fairly priced, adequate funds are available to provide the services, and a high degree of contractor supervision is maintained during the performance of works.
