In essence, we maintain the areas for and on behalf of Residents and the estimated cost is based on the original service charge budgets passed to Clients when they purchase their property. Costs may vary due to the Developers changing building specifications, however, we strive to keep costs as near to budget as possible. In the initial stages lpm submit their contract price along with other Property Management Companies. Developers not only award contracts based on price but service levels and customer care performance.
