The car lift within the underground car park has suffered significant water damage, which has in turn caused damage to the lift controls.  This has resulted in the lift being shut off. Therefore, at present no vehicles are able to use this facility.

lpm understand that the issue occurred due to a water leak at the sky light on the flat roof above the emergency exit on the 1st floor level.  In addition, there may be a burst waste pipe.  We have appointed contractors, Columbus Facilities Management who will attend as quickly as possible to trace, locate and repair the source of the leak.   

Hart Lifts have advised that the parts required to reinstate the lift will not be available until Wednesday 6th January 2016. However, they are confident that the lift will be back up and running by close of business that day. 

In the event that you urgently need to make arrangements to get your car out of the car park, we understand that Hart Lifts can attend to manually assist. Contact should be made directly with Hart Lifts on 0141 772 9797 to arrange this.   Please be advised that Hart Lifts will not attend to help get vehicles back into the car park.  Hart Lifts have arranged to leave signage in the car park area to make residents aware.
