Customer Portal – Transparency in all things lpm
lpm are fully transparent on every transaction raised on behalf of owners and continually strive to improve customer service delivery. To this end, our new website will, by the end of Q1 2015, feature a secure customer portal designed to give owners immediate, real time online access to their accounts. This will allow owners to make online payments and gain instant, transparent access to relevant information about their development. The next phase of the website will allow owners to view all supporting contractors’ invoices for each item detailed on their service charge account.
