lpm growth outpaces house building rise in Scotland
“The number of new homes built in Scotland has risen, according to Government figures. In the year to the end of September last year, 15,436 homes were completed - up 6% on the previous year”. (Source: BBC 030315).
As the number of new homes being built in Scotland continues to increase, the lpm property portfolio has outpaced the market’s upward trend and is set to continue this growth pattern.
During the last quarter alone, lpm tendered a number of new housing developments across the country. These projects range high volume, one thousand unit developments along with a number of mixed developments in Aberdeen; luxury and apartment developments in the Central belt and a retirement homes development project within the City of Glasgow.
lpm have so far been awarded two of these contracts, notably a retirement development in Glasgow’s prestigious West End and a further development situated in Cults, Aberdeen.
lpm are confident that their proven Doing it the right way approach to service delivery will secure continuity of business growth going forward.
