My lpm now provides even greater open and transparent client communication.
Following the continued success of our website and our customer information hub My lpm, we continue to develop digital communication to provide even more relevant property management information to our clients.
Phases 1 and 2 of our digital development plan have already been successfully delivered. At My lpm our clients now regularly make payments online and personally control their property management account.
Clients also view and download development specific information such as:

- Financial Information including invoices
- Contracts and Specifications

- Insurance Documentation

Phase 3 of our digital development plan to further improve the provision of open and transparent communication is currently being piloted and will launch during August 2016.
This latest My lpm feature will allow Contractor Invoices, which support the summary invoices sent to clients, to be viewed online and in real-time.
