lpm - Joint Working Initiatives
Life Property Management work with external parties such as Police Scotland, local Councillors and MP’s who provide excellent resources to assist with potential issues affecting the communal areas as well as private properties within developments.
lpm Estates Managers meet frequently with Police Scotland Community Police Officers and Crime Prevention Officers to assess vulnerable common areas which could result in criminal activity. Police Scotland offer written reports to help increase security which allows lpm Estates Managers to liaise with sub-contractors to provide estimates to undertake proactive works to help reduce any potential security risks.
Estates Managers have a supply of Police Scotland information posters which our Estates Managers can affix to communal entrance doors or notice boards, to highlight that the Police routinely check the development, which acts as a deterrent to unauthorised individuals who attempt to access properties.
Local Councillors and MP’s can also be extremely helpful, particularly regarding matters directly involving Council Operatives, such as Waste Management and Environmental Health issues or Roadway Adoption matters.
When issues arise within a development it is important that we work as quickly and efficiently as possible, working jointly with external sources to help draw matters to a conclusion.
In the event that you wish to discuss any potential social issues, which may require assistance from these external parties, please contact your lpm Estates Manager with information that will allow the matter to be progressed.
