lpm Dedicated Estates manager
Each and every lpm development has a dedicated Estates Manager responsible for the delivery of all aspects of the Property Management brief. They carry out a site inspection visit at least once each month and provide a comprehensive inspection report once every quarter which can be viewed at My lpm
Carrying out regular site inspections, means your Estates Manager always has a current, in-depth knowledge of your development including facilities, equipment and type of build, condition etc. The Estates Manager also keeps a regular check on the standard of services and any repairs carried out by appointed contractors.
The Estates Manager is responsible for Contract Tendering, performing Risk Assessments to ensure safety within each development and the preparation and management of long-term Maintenance Programmes to pro-actively sustain property values. They will also ensure the necessary Maintenance and Service Programmes are in place to ensure continued operational performance of all development facilities and that Health and Safety regulations are met.
