Essential Maintenance Services

lpm are obligated to ensure that essential maintenance is undertaken is accordance with Health and Safety Executive guidelines.  We are also responsible for ensuring that remedial works identified by a supplier are undertaken as quickly as possible.  Any proposed remedial works are detailed in the supplier’s certification, which allows our Estates Manager to assess and arrange for the works to be undertaken. 

The Grenfell Tower tragedy generated activity in relation to Fire Risk Assessment.  Fire Safety is only one element of essential maintenance. It is important for residents to know that essential maintenance continues to be a priority at lpm.   Additional services include:

  • Roof Anchor Maintenance
  • Legionella Maintenance
  • Lightening Conductor Maintenance

Our Estates Managers regularly monitor essential maintenance certificates and ensure that the appropriate inspections are undertaken throughout the course of the year.
