lpm portfolio value exceeds £1 billion
Established in 2001, Life Property Management thrives on being a unique property management company built on core customer care values. With over 19,500 properties currently awarded for management, we actively engage with our clients on a regular basis to keep them up to date with the unique services we provide across our developments.
Specialising in residential, retirement and commercial property management, lpm provide building insurance, landscaping, cleaning, plant maintenance contracts and much more. We now arrange insurance for property stock valued at over £1.1 billion.
Our customer care approach reassures our clients that we are employed by the residents to manage the development for and on their behalf and we actively encourage client interaction when needing to make decisions regarding maintenance. Our developer clients recognise the added value we provide to their services, hence the reason why we are working with the largest property developers in Scotland and across the UK.
At lpm, our goal is to undertake our services to the highest possible standard to protect our clients’ property investments, as the common parts also have an impact on the overall sale of a property.
Along with our Homeowners and Residents Associations, we work with a ‘10 Year Maintenance Programme’ to highlight what works we foresee, will require to be undertaken as proactive maintenance, over the 10 year period. This provides notice to all homeowners and clarifies what to expect during this time.
In addition to our customer care focus, developments which have transferred to lpm for property management have achieved savings in core Maintenance Service Contracts, Buildings Insurance and Property Management Fees.
Having been a start up business in 2001, lpm have progressed to become the 5th largest Residential Property Manager in Scotland, of 346 registered property factors.
Communication, transparency and coordination are key to proactively managing our developments.
