Communication at the heart of lpm

At lpm we are continually looking at ways to improve communication with our clients. The latest media enhancements at lpm include:

  • My lpm client portal – ensures instant access 24 hours a day to your account and information pertaining to your development and the industry in general.
  • My lpm App – gives you immediate access to information while ‘on the go’ and also notifies you directly when a news blog has been uploaded, or an invoice generated.
  • News – regular news articles appear on the lpm website giving you general information about your development, the property management industry and lpm
  • Information Videos – information videos can be viewed on our website at life video where you can get first-hand information  directly from lpm personnel
  • Newsletters – regular issue of e-newsletters, to clients receiving electronic correspondence, provides more in depth information and updates, on matters relating to the lpm operation.
  • Contractor Invoices – contractor invoices, available to view at My lpm, provide clients with full visibility on the charges incurred within their service charge invoice. 

The majority of lpm clients receive invoices and correspondence electronically, enabling us to deliver important information to clients on a more regular basis. At the same time, in minimising the use of paper, we can achieve our carbon footprint objective.
