lpm working harder than ever in 2018
Everyone at Life Property Management wishes all of our Clients, Contractors and Suppliers a very happy and prosperous 2018.
2017 proved to be a very successful year for lpm with further investment in the development of our systems, processes and procedures, improving service delivery to our Clients.
When we look back to the start of 2017 and what we set out to achieve, we can confirm that we exceeded our expectations. We had been working on a number of major property management projects, and in particular two developments consisting of 4000 and 7000 properties sited in the north of the country which we are now successfully managing. In addition, we won the tender for two large developments via Residents Associations in the Glasgow Area. Also, several new contracts went live across the country, with many more being either awarded or tendered.
lpm continue to be approached by various developments and developers for factoring opportunities, not through active marketing but by referral of reputation and service delivery. Clients are aware we have the proven technical knowledge together with systems, processes and service level capability, to deliver on large or small projects.
Over the past 12 months, we consulted with Clients together with the lpm team in analysing our internal processes and practices, to further improve our product and guarantee the highest standards of service delivery for our Clients.
lpm promote an ethos of honesty, open communication, transparency and accountability throughout the organisation and as we look to 2018, we continue our development and are currently working on some significant changes within our organisation, improving and investing further in digital technology to provide continued transparency and ease of communication. We are also evaluating and improving the internal structure of our Finance, Client Services and Estates Departments and will have some exciting news on this development during the first quarter of this year.
lpm drive provision of the highest standards and operational best practice, both internally and throughout the Property Management and Factoring industry and we recognise that Client retention is crucial to our business.
These factors compel us to continually seek to improve our service delivery and we look forward to providing our Clients, Contractors and Suppliers with new, innovative developments during 2018 and we thank you for your continued support.
