Your solicitor has a duty to notify lpm prior to the sale of your property, to allow us to correspond with them on the:
- sale date
- purchaser details
- provision of insurance documentation
- notification of proposed works to be carried out within the development
- required retention to be held
- finalisation of service charge account
By ensuring your solicitor notifies lpm in advance of the sale date, we can help take one element of stress away from you when selling your property. Liaising with the solicitor and providing the necessary documentation is part of the service we provide for the resale fee detailed within our Schedule of Fees and Costs and we want to be able to finalise your account in a stress free and efficient manner.
