Winter Maintenance Services
We are fast approaching the winter months and based on the 2017/2018 extraordinary winter period, the Life Property Management Estates Managers are currently negotiating service estimates with various suppliers.
As part of our service agreements, we may supply winter maintenance services such as snow clearing or the supply of grit/salt for grit bins. These services are available only when agreed and instructed by a Developer or Residents Association.
Last winter, lpm experienced a high volume of calls and emails during the worst of the weather regarding the supply of additional maintenance services. Residents should refer to estimated service charge budgets, to ascertain if lpm are currently providing winter maintenance services to your development.
Local Councils, responsible for the majority of roadways and footpaths experiencing problems during last winter, publish lists of adopted roadways on an annual basis. We encourage residents to check this detail before contacting our offices.
