We are responsible for the management and maintenance of common areas and systems within residential and commercial property developments. In essence, we maintain these areas for and on behalf of the property owners.

Our head office in the Centre of Glasgow, is fully manned between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Outwith these hours and in the case of an emergency situation, customers can access our specialised 24/365 customer control centre where our agents have a portfolio of approved contractors at their disposal, enabling them to manage any emergency quickly, easily and efficiently.
